Post-op Day 4

Woke up feeling pretty good and really hungry around 5am. I had a small bowl of Jello and went back to sleep. 

I took the bandages covering the steri strips off today. Wounds are looking pretty good.  I showered and put on some comfy clothes. Already my clothes are bigger. 

I did little things around the house. Kids had a holiday from school so they were home all day.

The most significant thing that happened was that I felt too full after drinking some broth. I just had that very uncomfortable feeling when you eat too much. All I had was about 6 ounces if broth and I should have had half that much. So I felt uncomfortable and almost to the point if vomiting for quite a while after.  I was glad I felt this fullness so I know what to do next time. 

I sneezed for the first time tonight since surgery. Ouch! I tried to hold it in but it still hurt.
